Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci Partnership –– Preparatory visit – Ören 25th to 29th of July2011

 

Dear friends, 

We are Fabiana and Ali from Europe. :) 

We are writing because we would like to start a further cooperation with you. 

Leave us to explain better: we are two EU project managers working in Italy – Fabiana – and Turkey – Ali. 

During last call, we submitted over than 100 decentralised projects between Grundtvig Learning Partnership, Leonardo Partnership and Comenius. 

Now, it is our interest to get a wider network working at European level. The logic is really simple: we are searching for dynamic persons having good communication and able to create a local network of organizations (public Authorities, Schools, SMEs, NGO, Training centers and so on) interested to submit new EU little projects. 

 

We are available to invest with you (a new association is not so expensive) in your own country, working all together to submit several proposals during next call 2012. 

In other words, in case of interest, of course, me, Ali and you are going to set up a new association in your country. Me and Ali will give you the project proposal and all you have to do is to find a local but eligible partner interested to be involved and assisting him during the submission phase (very easy). 

 

Of course, this simple e-mail is not sufficient to explain you the potential of what we are saying you. This is the reason why we are trying to organize a preparatory visit in Turkey in Julywhere all persons interested can attend getting more information and details. 

In this context, we are trying to transfer you the general concept of our idea leaving to you the curiosity to know more coming in Turkey. 

At the moment, the several countries are already covered by our EU network:

Malta, Lithuania, Letonia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Netherlands. 

 

If you come from another EU country and you like this idea, just synthesized, please, feel free to contact us when you want. 

I hope to involve you in our network because, despite, what you may think, it really works.

09:30 – Presentation of each potential partner organisation: aims and activities

10:30 a.m.: Project meeting: work session.

Definition of:

·         the concrete aims and objectives of the meeting: to plan the submission of several project proposals in the framework of Leonardo da Vinci Action.

·         specific needs to be satisfied by the meeting.

01.00 p.m.: Lunch

03.00 p.m.: Project meeting: work session.

·         Different Leonardo project proposals to be submitted;

05.00 p.m.: Visit to the historical centre of Ören

08:00 p.m.: Dinner

 

Day 3 - 27th July 2011

09:30 a.m.: Project meeting: work session

Different Leonardo project proposals to be submitted;

01.00 p.m.: Lunch

03.00 p.m.: Project meeting: work session.

Definition of role and responsibilities of each partner.

Results to be reached through the projects.

05.00 p.m.: Visit to the historical centre of Muğla.

08:00 p.m.: Dinner in Ören.

 

Day 4 - 28th July 2011

09:30 a.m.: Project meeting: work session

Definition of:

• the impact and sustainability of the projects;
• technical capacity of each organisation involved in the projects;

01.00 p.m.: Lunch

03.00 p.m.: Project meeting: work session.

Evaluation of the preparatory visit and project proposals.

05.00 p.m.: Visit to the Çökertme.

08:00 p.m.: Dinner in a typical restaurant of our Oren Coast.

 

Day 5 : 29 July 2010

09:00 a.m.: departure of each participant from Oren.

We will inform you about reaching Oren and Prices very soon. Reservation will be done by us.   You will come to İstanbul and also take a plane to Bodrum Airport. You will be  transferred to the hotel by firm.
